Author’s Guideline

Abstract: The maximum of 200-word abstract should be a brief summary of the work, which will be included in the Conference Proceedings if the paper is accepted.

Full paper:

  • IEEE Tracks: The maximum 4-page two-column IEEE conference style full paper should include all the text, abstract, title, equations, tables, photographs, drawings, figures, and references.
  • Non IEEE Tracks: The maximum 4-page two-column full paper according to the author guidelines of the Journal of Science and Engineering Papers (https://jsciengpap.com/author-guideline/) should include all the text, abstract, title, equations, tables, photographs, drawings, figures, and references.
Note that an “Extended Abstract” of maximum 2-page (A4-size, two-column format) containing the following sections: abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, findings, conclusion, and references can be submitted instead of the full paper exclusively for Non IEEE tracks.

In exceptional circumstances, authors must contact with the organizing secretary (icrpset@ru.ac.bd).

Double-Blind Paper: The authors should not include their names, affiliations, postal addresses, and email addresses in the initial manuscript.

Manuscript Template:

  • IEEE Tracks: Submissions must follow standard IEEE conference templates. The manuscript template is also available in the following links: MS Word (A4), Latex.
  • Non IEEE Tracks: Submissions must follow the author guidelines of the Journal of Science and Engineering Papers (https://jsciengpap.com/author-guideline/). The manuscript template is also available in the following link: Non IEEE Track Paper Template.
Note that for the “Extended Abstract” submission (exclusively for Non IEEE tracks), the authors are allowed to use “free style” format for preparing the maximum 2-page (A4-size, two-column) document.

Guidelines for Oral Presentation
