Instruction/Guidelines for Poster Presenters:
1. Poster displays will be limited to one side of a board. The recommended poster size is 100 cm (Width) by 120 cm (Length).
2. The poster ID number (e.g., 6, 78, 560) should be assigned in the upper-right corner of the poster.
3. The conference volunteer will provide a stand and pushpins/scotch tape for mounting the poster and will also assist with locating an assigned poster space.
4. It is recommended that the Author print the poster and bring it to the conference.
5. All posters must be set up in the time allotted before the session and must remain up until the session ends. The designated poster presenter is asked to be present during the poster presentation session.
6. The presentation schedule will be published on the conference website under the Program Menu and also in the program booklet.
