Full paper submission: August 31, 2022

Paper Submission

Authors are requested to submit full papers (maximum 4 pages of A4 size) through online paper submission system. Authors must not include their names and affiliations in the submitted papers. Papers must be formatted according to the standard IEEE conference paper format in both MS-Word 2007 and pdf (Acrobat 8.0 or higher) format. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore; subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. Papers outside the scope of IEEE will be published in the conference proceedings only. Authors of selected high-quality papers from the conference will be invited to submit the extended version of their original papers for publication in the special issue of the Rajshahi University Journal of Science and Engineering.

Author’s Guideline

Abstract: The maximum of 200-word abstract should be a brief summary of the work, which will be included in the Conference Proceedings if the paper is accepted.

Full paper: The Maximum 4-page two-column IEEE style Summary includes all the text, abstract, title, authors, equations, tables, photographs, drawings, figures, and references. In exceptional circumstances, authors must contact with organizing secretary (icrpset@ru.ac.bd).

Double-Blind Paper: The authors should not include their names, affiliations, postal addresses, and email addresses in the initial manuscript.

Manuscript Template: Submissions must follow standard IEEE conference templates. The manuscript template also available in the following links: MS Word (A4), Latex.

Create PDF File of the Manuscript: Authors must create a PDF file of the manuscript according to the IEEE PDF-Specification for IEEE Xplore. Please be aware that all submission must be IEEE Xplore compliant. To ensure that, it is suggested that authors should use IEEE PDF eXpress before submitting the pdf file to IC4ME2

Guideline for Oral and Poster Presentation

The duration of oral presentation is 15 min (12 min presentation and 3 min discussion).
Please prepare presentation slides in PowerPoint 2007.
Conference site will be equipped with laptop for presentation.
Presenters should submit their slides to the Session Coordinator 10 min prior to the session start.
The size of the poster is as follows: Height = 4 feet, Width = 3 feet
